How do we know when we can trust someone?
Not meditating yet? There is ever-increasing evidence suggesting that the best time to start (as the saying goes) was twenty years ago. If not, then start now – literally! New research published in Frontiers in Human Neuroscience suggests that meditation positively influences the amygdala’s capacity to process and regulate emotion. And this occurs even when meditation is not formally being practiced.
